We aim to process your orders as fast as possible! Usually orders are processed within 48 hours, however as we operate with a small team, processing time on online orders can sometimes take up to 72 hours.

Depending on the item that you've purchased the shipping times may vary!

If you've ordered a large item (Fridge, Washer, Cooktop, TV etc) your item will be delivered by one of our delivery partners. We will call you to arrange a day for delivery that suits you. At this point, we cannot guarantee what time the delivery will occur.

If you've paid for Australia Post shipping, please allow 3 days for order processing and a further 10-14 business days for Australia Post to deliver the items.

If you've tried to check out for your items but you are unable to have them delivered, that's because you are located outside of our delivery zone.

We operate out of a Brisbane warehouse, and at this point in time we are not able to offer delivery on large items (Fridges, Freezers, Stoves etc) outside of Brisbane.

If you are purchasing a small appliance from us, we will be able to fulfill these items through Australia Post.

Yes we can next day delivery for our local customers!

We are only able to offer this on products that are in stock and for orders placed before 11am.

This option may not always be available, so please give us a call before placing your order if you need it urgently.

We have a range of finance options available!

We currently accept Humm and Afterpay online. These are third party finance company and we have no affiliation with them.

Please ensure all your account details are correct and up to date before placing an order with us online to avoid any issues!

We have Zip pay available for orders placed in store only.

If you would like to pay for your order online using Zip, please send us an email or call us and we can arrange this for you!

If you've changed your mind about your order, we completely understand!
