If you have just purchased your item online and have made an incorrect selection, get in touch with us within 48 hours and we will be able to amend your order for you! 

If you've purchased an item that you no longer need, contact us within 48 hours of placing your order and we'll be able to cancel your order. We cannot guarantee that we can refund your order if it is cancelled outside of this time. 

Please choose your products carefully before ordering! You can always chat to us to find out if the appliance is suitable for you. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind on products that have been delivered and opened, unless they are faulty. Please contact us and we can see if there is any solution that we can provide.
