The Breville Cafe Venezia BES250 pre-brews the coffee grounds, gently infusing to allow them to swell to the optimum density, before applying pressure through the 15 bar Italian pump for even flavour extraction. Thermoblock and thermofoil systems ensure fast heating, and there is an inbuilt purge function. Dual-wall cream filters give delightful results, creating a superior coffee.
