We understand that finding the best price is essential, which is why we offer a Price Match Policy to ensure you always get the most competitive deal.

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for price matching, the product must be identical in brand, model, size, colour, quantity, and condition.
  • The product must be in stock and available for purchase from both our store and the competitor's store at the time of the price match request.
  • Online retailers must be authorized dealers for the product in question.
  • The item must be available to be delivered to the customers location from the online store.

Exclusions:

  • Prices from auction and marketplace websites (e.g., eBay, Amazon Marketplace) are excluded from our Price Match Policy.
  • Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, and special promotions (e.g., BOGO, bundle deals) are excluded.
  • Prices that require a separate purchase (e.g., membership discounts, coupon discounts) are not eligible for price matching.
  • Services (e.g., installation, delivery fees) and products with added value (e.g., extended warranties) are not eligible for price matching.

Process:

  1. Prior to purchase, reach out to us via our contact form, online chat, or give us a call on 07 3085 8130. You’ll need to provide the model number and the competitors website.
  2. Our team will verify the price match request against the competitor's advertised price and eligibility criteria.
  3. Once verified, and if the price match request meets our policy's criteria, we will adjust the price of the product accordingly.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Our Price Match Policy is subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to decline a price match request if the competitor's price is deemed below our cost.
  • Our decision regarding a price match request is final.
  • The Price Match Policy applies to retail sales only and does not apply to wholesale or bulk purchases.
